Product Introduction
The container house is made by steel frame structure, which adopts Hot-form galvanized steel. Structure is consists of three modular parts: roofing frame, corner column and floor frame. Each modular is manufactured at the factory and assembled on construction site. With one single container house as basic unit, it can be combined horizontally or vertically in different form like building blocks. Flat pack container house can be stacked in three storeys with flexible in space layout and multiple function, and can be used in different application fields.
Manufacturing Technology
The production process introduces advanced design concept, production material has adopt double side full-color steel sandwich panel. 75-100mm glass fiber sandwich panel, bolt, Q235 strip steel frame structure(galvanized and anti-rust, anti-corrosion),18mm thickness cement particle board etc. The container house can be used confortably for anytime anywhere.

The main features for container house:

4)The top and bottom main steel frames were welded separately, upgrade and strengthened panels, door, window, it is of high firmness and excellent performance of waterproof, thermal and sound insulation with long service.
Flat pack container house adopts cold-form galvanized steel structure with three modular parts: roof frame, corner columns and floor frame, it is easy to assemble the modular parts together at construction site. With one basic container house, it can be combined both horizontally (units quantity as your requirement) or vertically (3 storeys).

A1: The delivery time is according to your quantity and color,generally it is within 15-30 days.

Q3: How to install
A3: We will send install instruction and video for you,technicians will be sent to help you if it is necessary. However,the visa fee,air tickets,accommodation,wages will be provided by buyers.

A4:Proposal drawing, Shop drawing, 3D drawing, Materials photos, Finished projects photos, design works are available according to your requirements.
Q5: Package
A5: Container house is in flat pack. Other houses will be loaded into shipping containers(main structure and panels in bulk, door/ ceiling / floor tiles / furniture in cartons, sanitary / electrical / plumbing/ hardware/ fittings/ tools in wooden case ).
Q6: Lifespan & warranty period
A6: Prefab house lifespan 10years, Container house lifespan 15years, and Steel structure building lifespan 20years. All kinds houses warranty period 12months from the delivery.
